different locations and it was fine grained role based access. Adapter framework was created to allow users to create their own Adapters for their messages to pipe the data from any device into
a generic and universal payload towards the platform, to further off load processing. Any user
could choose what kind of storage they wanted, depending on the amount of data points they
could choose to store per device, sensor or resource which would then greatly impact the storage capacity.
