Résumé
I have wide-ranging experience as I have worked in IT project management, solution/enterprise architecture and product/business development.
I have great interest in entrepreneurship, which shows by me involving in business deals, idea generation, planning and execution. For example, I was part of setting up a team that took youngsters to Silicon Valley to explore the special ecosystem that exist there.
I am result-orientated and always take ownership of my projects and tasks and take the decisions that ensure that the agreed deliverables are finalized to the agreed quality standards within the agreed budgets and deadlines. I have extensive experience in project management, development and project management processes/models as well as architecture on many levels. I am business-minded and able quickly to asses any situation. I also strive to be a good sparring partner and communicator who always acts professionally with clients, employees and organisational management and adheres loyally to the decisions that have been taken.
I am inclusive and a good listener who likes to take decisions in consultation with others, but I am not afraid of taking charge if required.

I was responsible for launching implementation projects in close cooperation with clients, sales and product and business development. This involved complying with the company's delivery model as well as the medical ISO 13485 standard.

Roles and responsibilities:
As project manager I was responsible for launching projects and ensuring correct management, commissioning, system maturation and subsequent operational support. This included a number of document deliverables and management of project members, suppliers and steering group. I was also responsible for setting up a project office.
