PROJECT SCOPE:
Migration and implementation of a CRM solution to provide an exclusive CRM platform for seven strategic
market units. This CRM solution aims to support and provide a common sales process and a common complaints
management process for 5000 users in 80 different countries.

PERFORMED FUNCTIONS:
As a member of the managed services team, I served as the main interface for managed services accounts, working
closely with client executives and delivering services and support ticket management, and performed support
ticket management and contact Microsoft to resolve technical issues.

PROJECT SCOPE:
One of the biggest healthcare companies working in Portugal (group of more than 15 healthcare units) realized
that they needed to improve their relationship with customers, we spear-headed an initiative that saw the implementation of Dynamics CRM, Dynamics Marketing and social listening. With this system in place our
customer can provide a better service, reaching customers in new channels (social networks) and optimize
communication between contact center operators and customers.

PERFORMED FUNCTIONS:
As a member of the support team it was my responsibility fielding, diagnosing and clarifying client requests; setting
