I have a solid experience from working with organizational and business development at both operational and strategic level within IT, telecom and management consulting. Combined with my broad background from change management and to (re-)structure and develop businesses, I am sure I have a lot to offer.

I have been running organizational, services and process development, as well as automation and digitization assignments for the past 20 years. I have, among other things, developed service portfolios within RPA and GDPR for a management consulting company. I also have extensive experience from procurement, purchasing and cost control within resourcing, IT and telecom.

Project Manager/Advisor at Pagero AB

My mission is to analyze and develop the client’s delivery process to better fit their new business model and with the goal of being able to ensure faster delivery of new, standardized solutions. In phase one, the focus is on identifying measures that can be quickly implemented at low cost and with a relatively high impact on the delivery process in terms of clarity, simplicity and time required for each step.

Phase two is primarily about creating more effective internal communication within the company through a changed communication strategy and digitalisation of information exchange within and between business areas.

Program Manager GDPR at RGP

Program Manager and Subject Matter Expert for RGP's Nordic GDPR portfolio. Responsible for developing methodology, training, documentation templates and development of project and implementation model. Total responsibility for up to 8 client projects in parallel. The work consisted largely of process analysis, adaptation, change management, training and development of processes, methods and routines (Ways of Work).

Head of Key Account Management & Consulting SaaS (COO) på Multisoft

I was responsible for developing strategies for up and cross sell as well as software development and delivery, establishing processes and routines that worked to lay the foundation for a structured business development and growth strategy.

I led this transformation of the organization and established a new consulting and project management organization with team managers and specialized consulting teams.

Section Manager Order & Delivery

As section manager, I was part of establishing the project management organization for delivery coordination within TeliaSonera's Delivery Center. I led several teams with a total of 55 employees.

Delivery precision increased from 82% to close to 96%. This while I managed to reduce staff to less than 50% at the same time as the order flow increased by 30%.

Employee engagement (leadership index) increased from 54 to 83 during this period.
