As a CIO, I was the playmaker. My job was to ensure that the IT team could achieve its full potential. For me, it meant that the team consists of the right tools, a great attitude, and competent people. At Digia Finland, I was an MS D365 -consultant and a senior project manager. Working in a deliverer site meant that I had multiple projects simultaneously. The work was hectic but very educational, and I enjoyed learning new things, new industries, and developing high-class solutions for all my customers. In Digia's CRM team, I was an active player and always gave my input to improve the team.

I was the first level contact for all our customers and my job was to define customers' needs to our development team. I also developed a CRM system and made SQL-based reports for our customers. Customers are financing companies.
