Senior Business Analyst - Sydney

The Business Analyst will be working across a number of projects at any one time, conducting and facilitating requirements gathering and documentation, process mapping, testing, planning and co-ordination and business process change.

The ideal Business Analyst would have delivered a major Customer Identity and Access Management project for a large enterprise client.

Microsoft Biztalk, Microsoft ADFS, Microsoft Azure Enterprise Premium services, B2C, Okta identify store, Microsoft Azure Storage, AWS

• 10 years' experience as an Technology Business Analyst
• Strong experience with Customer Identity and Access Management - In the last 4 years having worked on Security projects involving identity projects particularly around the customer registration processes, privacy and governance required.
• BABOK, CBAP, CCBA or similar certification highly regarded
• Experience of CIAM management with customer's progressive profiling
• Can demonstrate knowledge of the business and non-functional requirements for data migration from Microsoft Active directory or AWS (including Cognito systems) to a Cloud based CIAM system.
• Can demonstrate skills in working to verify the user access and login flows in CIAM system, including customization and additional authentication steps.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Mandatory - Customer Identity and Access Management project / Customer Registration Project
