About the assignment:
We are looking for a senior project manager to lead a large software and hardware implementation project. The assignment is part of an ongoing delivery and is considered business-critical. You will lead a team of approximately 20 people and work closely with an existing customer project manager who will transition to another key role but remain available for support and decision-making related to commercial aspects.

This role requires strong structure, excellent planning skills, and solid experience in execution within complex technical environments. The role is preferably based in Gothenburg, but for the right candidate, a travel arrangement of 2–3 nights every second week can be considered.
 

We are looking for someone who

• has extensive experience as an IT project manager

• has led teams of at least 20 people

• has experience with both software and hardware implementation projects

• is strong in structure, planning, and execution

• is fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
