Configuration manager

For our client we are looking for a Process executor - Configuration mgmt.

Purpose with the role
As Process Executor within SM&S at the Config/CMDB area you will have an important role in securing compliance and proactively work with improving data quality.
You will be a part of a great team maintaining and managing this area through close collaboration and interaction with all the different areas within client

Area of responsibility
• Drive and deliver progress in our Configuration Control efforts, proactively working with improvements of data quality and routines
• Managing the knowledge base for the area
• Work together with the team members to ensure our common delivery
• Support Global Change team in assessing and approving changes when needed


Skills and competencies
• Self-propelled and confident in your approach - taking ownership comes naturally for you
• Structured with excellent documentation skills
• You possess general knowledge in the ITIL/ITSM-area and specific competence around CMDB and Configuration Management
• You are careful and passionate about quality and your approach is unpretentious and inviting,
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
