Business Analyst IV - Chicago, IL

Job Summary / Requirements: 

• 8+ years' relevant experience - Technical Degree or related work experience 
• Drive identification of service requirements across business units.
• Document system processes and system flows using Visio and other relevant tools 
• Maintain relationships with consumers and UI teams to ensure proper prioritization of work items and accuracy of requirements 
• Must be familiar with Fiddler (or something similar, such as SoapUI) for submitting/triaging web service requests/responses to ensure services are functioning as expected 
• Must be familiar with TFS or JIRA including creation and tracking of work items, generating queries, and maintaining dashboards 
• Proven experience wearing multiple hats and multitasking 
• Proven experience working in fast-paced environment 
• Proven experience capturing functional and non-functional requirements - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 
• Proven experience working on and documenting .Net web service 
• Proficient with MS Office products, including Visio - Experience working with offshore development teams
