Experienced and trustworthy R&D and IT project manager. Timo has 15 years of leadership experience and 20 years of work experience in high-tech projects. His recent tasks cover various software, electronics and IT system development, deployment and R&D projects. His responsibilities have often been highly business-critical.
As a project leader, he also works on offers and marketing documentation, recruitments and contracts, does account and service management and builds customer relations. Timo prefers to execute projects, from offer and pre-project phase ‘till production. Although his way of working is based on his solid experience and education, he is talented in adopting formal project management methodology to suit the existing project situation.
