Anders Høeg Johansen is an experienced IT Project Manager, with +10 years of expertise in delivering projects within infrastructure, operations, platforms and applications.
With practical experience in pharma/medical devices C25 companies for many years, he also has a solid understanding within GxP, security, GDPR and system validation.
Anders has experience as IT Service Manager, managing a team of 11 employees supporting international users using ServiceNow as the ITSM system.
Furthermore managing upgrades, enhancements, budget, contracts, internal resources/external resources, suppliers and time frames.
As part of the IT Service Manager responsibility in GN Store Nord, Anders also handled infrastructure projects, rollouts and handled communication and expectation alignment with vendors e.g. ATEA and NTT.
Anders has a sharp focus on delivering value to the business, understanding the business needs and converting these into well anchored and sustainable IT solutions, striving at incorporating best practice and standard functionality. He can communicate at all levels of the organization and ensure that the key stakeholders are aligned.
Anders achieves this by engaging with the business, draw on the expertise of specialists and experts, challenge the solution design and requirements in a constructive way, making sure all are committed to the scope and plan, and then lead and communicate to deliver results.
Transition Management process was implemented in Coloplast by Anders as part of his Copenhagen Business School thesis, to ensure new services went live in a controlled manner as the process was build into the project governance model.
Anders build a bridge between Development and Operation departments, to ensure that the relevant stakeholders and content was included in the process.
