During his 6 years as Product Designer, Sipan has worked with everything from research, concept development, digital strategy, customer journeys, prototyping and graphic design as well as production of graphical profiles and design systems. Within his daily tasks he has worked with various production and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD among others and applied agile methodology.
Common to the projects the candidate has been involved in having ownership of the design process from ideation to final delivery with close cooperation and dialogue with development team and business stakeholders.
Sipan is a responsible team player who contributes to both individuals and the groups success. He is ambitious and meticulous in his deliveries and with a fingertip feeling he pushes through design solutions with a large user focus where every little detail is well thought out and anchored in realistic development opportunities. He also has four years of experience of working with private and corporate sales in various industries which gives him the experience in interview techniques and having a strong business focus.
