I work as Lean-Agile Coach and help teams and organisations to reach their next level by coaching, facilitation and training.
I have 30 years of experience in ICT as a software engineer, team leader, engineering manager, project manager, scrum master and agile coach. During my career, I have learned that working as a team is more than just a sum of each individual. In today's complex world, we need to stay curious and have a mindset of learning and continuous improvement. However, building this mindset is often slow, and it takes time. Organisations that have the patience to stick with the process in the long haul can reach their full potential.
As a coach, I aim to deliver value to the process by helping to build great teams that reach their goal, practice true agility and deliver the most value to their customers. Each team is different, and thus their paths to success are also different. For some teams, it may take longer to be where they could be, but with proper coaching, all teams progress.
