I am an engineer specialized in business organization and management of technological change.
My areas of expertise are also structuring and departmentalization of the companies as well as the
formalization and description of the processes to improve productivity and control costs.
I have led projects of a diverse range of types and budgets. Since the design and implementation of
CAD / CAM systems to plant construction projects Biofuels.
The design of information systems, as well as its development and implementation is part of my
background and is an area in which I got relevant successes. In this area I was responsible for the
design and relief of the information system based on a proprietary platform to another based on an
Open Source platform in Cahispa Seguros, with a budget of over 1M € and a 25 employees team.
Although I spent most of my career in the auxiliary automotive industry, where I have accumulated a
high level of knowledge, throughout my career I have faced challenges in different sectors as
diverse as biofuels, new materials and insurance companies which demonstrates my ability to adapt
to any environment. I am a reliable, proactive and teamworker.

I was CTO and as such, responsible for the technological area of Corbis Group including technology assessments of potential developments of the group, technological dilligences of companies likely to cooperate or be acquired / participated by the group, drafting technology reports for submission of grant applications to government, collaboration in the development and definition of cultural products webcasting, and systems management at Corbis Group.

I was Director and during that period I led the enzyme technology Biofuel Plant project in the port of Barcelona with a budget of 28M € Also note that headed the department Systems (CIO) Cahispa Seguros (1000 employees), designing the system migration with a budget of 1.3 M €
