Assignment Details

The Senior Performance and Reporting Analyst supports the program working at optimum efficiency and identifying any risks or issues that may negatively impact the efficiency of delivery.

The Objectives of this Role are to:

  • Maintain/uplift and produce timely, accurate and effective reporting
  • Develop, implement the systems and processes that meet best practice requirements
  • Provide knowledge, insights and recommendations through the analysis of data and synthesize into a captivating and visual narrative
  • Support and uplift program data management

Successful Candidate will have :

  • 5+ years' experience in a performance and reporting analyst role (Ideally within an IT delivery environment)
  • Experience in delivering best-practice data visualization and reporting
  • Experience in design thinking and visualization techniques to tell a story via dashboards and visualization assets
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute multiple concurrent activities and priorities
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
  • Strong understanding of IT project management frameworks and project lifecycles, standards and methodologies especially Scaled Agile and other agile frameworks
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication with the ability to manage and build sustainable relationships and liaise with diverse and complex stakeholder groups
  • Must be autonomous, able to take initiative, proactive and able to see the bigger picture and context
  • Technical proficiency in Jira, PPM Hub, Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint; proficiency in PowerBI an advantage
  • Storytelling and data visualization - able to analyse technical data and synthesize into a captivating narrative using non-technical language
