Senior Technical Business Analyst

Our client is a large government agency in CBD looking for an IT business analyst who has experience across a range of applications, digital products and integration projects and enjoys the diversity of small to medium sized projects and working closely with Developers and liaising with business SMEs

Essential Skills:

• At least 8 years demonstrated experience in working as an IT Business Analyst, including gathering and documenting requirements, process mapping, developing test cases and participating in test execution
• High level interpersonal skills, establishing good working relationships with fellow IT colleagues, the business and other stakeholders.
• Must be an Australian citizen
• Must have experience working in large government agency
• Demonstrated capability with authoring reports, documents and submissions for Executive level signoff.

Essential IT Skills:

• Strong knowledge of integration technologies (Middleware)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics highly regarded
• Experience with SharePoint highly regarded
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite / Visio and SharePoint.

Desirable Skills

• BABOK or other certification
• PRINCE2/PMBOK Foundation or CAPM certification
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with SharePoint
• Experience with the local government Pathway system
