Senior Software Business Analyst

Role Description:

• Our client is seeking an experienced Software BA who will be working as part of a small team of 6 (Scrum Master/Project Manager, Application Lead, 2 App Developers, Data Lead, 1 Data Engineer) to develop & deploy an enterprise wide client facing web application with a large data backend on Azure using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and manage requirements from the client (in Azure Devops)
• Design wireframe UI in Balsamiq (or something tool)
• Assist with the testing of requirement

Role Requirements

• 5 years minimum experience as Business Analyst, delivering successful consulting projects in agile devops environment
• Self-starter, driven, ability to autonomously own & drive project delivery as Team Lead
• Knowledge of enterprise web development, enterprise tooling, software production grade, client facing web application launches, high-level architecture, data flow, TDD (BA will be primary person for front end functional testing & validation)
• Experience working successfully in tandem with development/ small team(s)
• Experience owning sign-off requirements, designing user stories, designing UI frameworks, QA / functional/ manual testing
• Data experience is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of foundational Developer / Scripting basics
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate client requirements back to development team and communicate technical issues / requirements in layman's terms
• Experience w/ tech stack: microsoft, azure, .net, MS data, SQL, Data lakes, SSIS
