Assignment Details

Responsibilities:

  • Proven 'hands on guide' to scrum teams as they transform from Waterfall to Agile - Thoughtful, fast, and disciplined in executions
  • Experience in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
  •  Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures
  •  Experience working with agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
  •  Knowledge of other methodologies other than Agile/ Scrum, such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall, etc.
  • 5+ years as a Scrum Master for software development

Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors

Skills:

  • leading Scrum teams and acting as a Scrum Master
