You'll get to work with the latest Java technology in a contracting role paying very competitive rates. This role has a very strong chance of multiple extensions.The company are currently ramping up for a large, extended program of work with the development of new service layers and portals developer using that latest Java & Cloud related technologies.You work in a state of the art office alongside a team of highly competent developers working in a fully Agile environment.The whole setup from their modern office to the tech stack is very impressive.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years Java Development experience
  • Strong experience across the Spring framework, ideally a good understanding of Spring Boot
  • An understanding of working on cloud applications, scalability, cloud deployments etc. (Preference for AWS, this is what they predominantly use)
  • If you have some experience with Reactjs this would be beneficial
  • A good understanding of Microservices and REST architectures is desired
  • The have a fully Agile environment with Sprints, retrospectives etc.
