Job Summary:

The Endpoint Computing Analyst / PC Tech installs, configures and maintains computer workstation hardware, software and peripheral equipment, conducts maintenance needs assessments, plans and implements maintenance, upgrades and collaborates with computer users to identify and resolve hardware and software operational problems.

The Endpoint Computing Analyst / PC Tech installs, configures and maintains computer workstation hardware, software and peripheral equipment, conducts maintenance needs assessments, plans and implements maintenance, upgrades and collaborates with computer users to identify and resolve hardware and software operational problems.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Install and configure endpoint computing hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
• Conduct maintenance needs assessments and plans
•  Implement and coordinate hardware and software maintenance schedules including patching, cleaning, data recovery, upgrades and testing
• Collaborate with computer users to provide technical support and to assist in the resolution of software and hardware problems
• Identify recurring hardware and software problems and recommends plans for prevention and resolution
•  Maintain security of hardware and software by implementing virus and software scans, updates and other required security protocols
•  Research and test new workstation support technologies;

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors (required)
