IT Business Analyst

The ideal Business Analyst will be able to communicate effectively between both technical and non-technical users - gathering requirements, develop process maps, document test plans, test cases and scripts, user stories, and provide updates and deliverable timelines to Project Managers and Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to collaborate with business users virtually.
• Experience creating Level 3 process maps
• Coordinate and lead end-to-end integration testing with other applications and backend functionality.
• Working with the business to identify application needs and make recommended solutions.
• Accurate documentation of test plans, test cases, test scripts, which ensure that the software solutions upgraded and tested meet business needs and are operationally sustainable.
• Collaborates with application business owners, technical owners, developers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Manages the progress of projects by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions; Provides senior management and project management with regular updates on deliverable timeline and project status.
• Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
• Possess ability to manage workload and manage multiple priorities as applicable.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on application upgrade projects
• 3+ years' Business Analysis experience
