Description of assignment:
We are now looking for a requirement analyst who would like to join an international team of requirement analysts in our Warehouse Online team. Here you become part of our online expansion and a great team that is working with lots of cross dependencies, focused on delivering IT-services that support our business to fulfill our company’s vision. We strive to create effective IT solutions with high quality where you as a requirements analyst has a key role as a link between business and IT, where you capture the business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
You get the opportunity to contribute in exciting projects and management of situations of varying complexity. In your role you are planning and driving your work within requirements, collecting and documenting business needs. To succeed in the role, we see that you are good at communicating with various stakeholders, are analytical and structured.

Responsibilities
• Plan and operate requirements work in collaboration with the business and with your team
• Assist the business to understand the impact of requirements, and to prioritize between these
• Capture, clarify, question and document requirements
• Analyzing requirements based on business objectives and IT strategy
• Keeping and facilitating workshops
Communicate with stakeholders about needs and solutions
• Running meetings for estimating and planning requirements with stakeholders
• Supporting Global Online Expansion Logistics Area in all types of initiatives
• Collaborate within your team as well as other teams (i.e. IT architects, testers, tender)
• Report changes in business architecture artifacts such as processes and functionality to
Business Architect
• Interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, raise risks and issues
Competences
• At least 3 years of experience in working with the requirements of business and IT
• Experience from system integrations
• Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain or e-commerce
• Experience documenting requirements and practical experience in writing Users Stories
• Ability to communicate about problems and solutions, both at a business level and a technical level
• Ability to adapt to how new business and IT-solutions works
• Ability to facilitate workshops
• Experience of working with non-functional requirements
• Process and information modelling
• Experience from working with external software providers
• Experience from working within a global organisation
• Experience from working agile
• Can express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
Work environment
Our IT office is activity based environment and all consultants are expected to work Activity Based and understand this type of workplace.
