Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the maintenance object, ensuring effective management and resolution of issues.
Plan, guide, and coach the work related to the maintenance object.
Engage in solution-driven dialogue with the client's financial management on SAP FICO solutions.
Stay updated with the client's SAP business, technical, and legal requirements.
Drive and support continuous improvement from both SAP functional and business process perspectives.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, managing their requirements and expectations proactively.
Plan and coordinate educational activities; create or update training materials as needed.
Coordinate activities and collaborate with other Service Managers.
Lead or partake in relevant maintenance forums to ensure alignment and best practice sharing.

Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP FICO, with a strong focus on Controlling.
Familiarity with Swedish/European finance regulations.
Capability to provide leadership to our FICO group as interim SM.
Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field.
Professional experience as a Controller or in roles involving large company enterprises is highly valued.
Proven experience in managing maintenance objects and applications, as outlined in the Application Portfolio.
Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on solution- and support-oriented dialogue.

Background:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in economics or an equivalent qualification. Professional experience in Controller roles or within large enterprise environments will be considered a significant advantage. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance object and relevant applications listed in our Application Portfolio.

As a key member of our team, you will plan, lead, and provide coaching related to the maintenance object. Your role will also require you to keep a tab on the client's SAP business, technical, and legal mandates. A major part of your responsibility will be to drive and support continuous improvements, both from an SAP functional and a business process perspective. Your role will also encompass building and enhancing relationships with our key stakeholders and managing their requirements and expectations diligently.
