Consultant Task – Change Manager, Greater Copenhagen

On behalf of a client, we are looking for a change manager to assist on a HRIT migration project. The project is a part of a global merger. The consultant will assist the internal change manager that will go on maternity leave end of May, and hereafter take over the responsibilities of change management.

The project is on a short timeline, and the consultant will need to be able to get up to speed quickly. The project is run between the US, Denmark and Gdansk, so there will be a need for flexible meeting times.

Duration: June 30th + extension possible
Language: English (or Danish) 

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

·       Experience with change management – preferably previous experience from an HR implementation or migration project

·       Experience with working on change strategy and change impact assessments

·       Able to coordinate change activities with track leads and across the program with other projects

·       Experience with stakeholder management

·       Ability with working on and following a communication plan & the materials re-lated to this

·       Experience with end user training and planning of train-the-trainer sessions

·       Practical experience with producing training and communication materials

·       Fluent in English, both in written and verbal form

·       Strong intercultural and interpersonal competencies
