"core" System (Persub), because it could no longer meet the functional, performance, and scalability
requirements needed by the current business. Persub was developed with desktop technologies.
The project consists on the design and development of new Persub II system, which is developed
with Web technologies, includes new features and it overcomes the issues of performance and scaling of the previous system.
