• IRIS has a multi-product offering, B2C, B2B, 'on-premises', SaaS, and SDKs. The document management software is used by hospitals, European Commission, notaries, The OCR engine is within the top-3 worldwide: it works on Windows, Linux, Mac, Intel, ARM, Android, iOS, The data extraction technology is trusted by banks, government agencies and insurance companies for their critical processes.
• Evolving the products from 'on-premises' into a cloud native solution using containers and Kubernetes. This system can be deployed on commercial cloud vendors or using self-hosted environments to fulfill regulatory needs.
• Usage of AI techniques (neural networks) in the OCR engine and document classification to reach 90% recognition rate. Over 100 patents.

• Member of the control systems leadership board and member of the cybersecurity experts group • Enforcing technical and regulatory norms (i.e. IEC 61508, ISO 15288, IEEE 828, ECSS, French nuclear power plants) • Introducing regression and coverage testing practices in the control systems community. This allowed to set up a continuous integration environment with nightly builds and automated tests (mocking, fault injection, ) • Formalizing the system states and allowed commands via Finite State Machines. From UML, they were exported to XML, and parsed via custom algorithms for creating the low-level code. It was mathematically proven that the resulting implementation was 'loop-free' and without any other undesired behavior.
• Design of the interlocks and the safety system sequence of actions for the machine and human protection (cooling, motors, electricity, UPS, ).

• Creation of a new methodology that accelerates the development time by 300%. The basis was the development of a set of master Excel templates to formalize all the physical interconnectivities among the equipment. Together with a custom tool written in C# and a set of heuristics it was possible to dynamically reconfigure the whole control system and create specific code 'on-the-fly'.
