As a Unit Manager I was a part of the company’s management team. I was responsible for leading a team of consultants with expertise in Fintech, Cyber Security, Business Analysis, Recruitment, and Project Management.

In my daily work I worked with:

I was headhunted by the existing Unit Manager in Skövde to help him build a team for his recently started unit. I grew the team reasonably quickly with senior consultants with expertise in software development, Debt Collection, Factoring, Cyber Security, Recruitment, and Project Management. We attracted customers and matched them with our consultants and created value for all stakeholders. 

As Operations Manager I was responsible for the largest of three units at Aptic, with 36 debt collection consultants. My unit was divided into three teams with a Team Lead for each team and including one Service Delivery Manager in each team. Our debt collection customers were divided between the teams.

In 2016 Asitis made some organizational changes, which for me resulted in an opportunity to get a manager position for the debt collection team. Asitis CEO asked me if I wanted to have a manager position and I accepted the challenge.

This role let me grow and the debt collection unit was very prosperous. I was also very appreciated as a manager by my team. As a manager I was a part of Asitis management team.

I was employed at Asitis as a Project Manager. I was responsible for leading and delivering projects to our debt collection customers. Initially I handled smaller projects and after a year I handled several large migration and integration projects for large debt collection companies.  Parallel to this I also worked as a Team Lead for the debt collection team. 

Västgöta-Data was my first employer after finishing my studies in Computer Science at Högskolan I Skövde.

My customer assignments gave me good experience in mainly SQL and PHP. I also got a chance to work with project management. My largest project was managing a pre-study and development of a business system for a hotel. The customer was very pleased with my work.
