Senior Technical Project Manager with strong experience in managing IT operations and support using various ITSM tools and the ITIL framework for the past 10 years.
The consultant is certified SAFe, Scrum Master, ITIL 4 and ServiceNow Foundation.
The consultant focuses on high quality IT services, and is highly skilled in coordination between the technical requirements and the business unit to ensure project delivery, with experience from banking, consulting, energy (offshore O&G and renewables) and pharma.
Recently, the consultant has been interim Head of IT Operatins at Semco Maritime (2022), using Agile Project Management including ITIL/ITSM and Kanban backlog, where he was responsible for coordinating and managing projects across the whole business, including international infrastructure projects, which covered upgrade of the whole network infrastructure and implementing the latest security standards together with IT Security.
