2016-04-01 Get over former colleague Martin Schömer from my previus Telia Sonera group, and we formed 2pcs chief architect BI Domain Sweden.
With a slightly different focus.
• me 80% datawarehouse and 20% datalake
• Martin 20% datawarehouse and 80% datalake.
For a coexistence BI Eco System - Datawarehouse & Datalake
• Datawarehouse is based on the technical platformen Teradata as database and Informatica as ETL tool.
• Datalake is based on Hadoop and Cloudera and Qlik as enduser tools.
2017Q1 Upgrade of Teradata version and Informatica version, for Telia's data warehouse.
Telia and the BI group begin agile system development.
Therefore, we are building various internal BI forums to ensure architecture and solution patterns, both of governance / guidence / coaching to multiple projects solution architects and project members.

2017-11-01 New directive that we should only have 1 Chief Architect BI Domain Sweden, my colleague gets that role, and i got the new title Domain Architect BI Domain Sweden.
Telia starts working DEV&OPS.
2019-01-01 Telia is reorganizing again, and now the focus is again on the joint functions of both the group and the country's joint solutions.
2019-03-31 Telia dows general reduction with about 350 employees and consulates and the BI group is affected, so i will be unempoyed until 2019-06-30.

First years a lot of analysis and future thinking to see how Axfood's consolidation strategy will be realized. Axfood is builded up 2000 from both wholesale and retail in food market.
Main archievements:
• Belongs to staff function IT structure.
• Initially try conceptual modulation, to get a common view on objects, but Axfood was not as mature for the type of work method as my previus job at ICA.
• Demand analysis of a common data warehous, for both wholesale and retail.
• Procurement of this (was based on AIX platform, DB2 as database and Datastage as ETL tool (now included in IBM Webspere).
• Data warehouse manager (data warehouse).
• Crane analysis of a common integrations platform.
• Procurement of the same (became Sonic (Java based), from Progress.
• Building ADA advice (SystemDataArchitecture), togeter with my boss Mats Munkhammar, to get an understanding that it must be connected, to see the process of building new for the future, initially 10 people as part applications solution architects.
• Belongs to the Group-wide group on the development page, including BI.
• 2010 Axfood decides to migrate data warehouse to Teradata and Informatica in order to scale and get down on receipt analyzes.
• Leaving me system manager data warehouse, focuses on the Database both development and operation, as well as SDA.
• New concepts and data modulations activiities, connection with introducin SAP, Axfood is now better maturity, and basic requirements for the SAP migration projects.
• Project member SAP migrations, together with Accenture, from database perspective, based on DB2 and the AIX platform.
• Part of the SAP platform realizations team, in terms of the strategy set within the Unix&AIX cluster and performence, for the 9 diffent SAP modules.
• Initial project member, for Loualty Project, based on architecture.
• Belongs to IT Operation and Server & Storage, continued focus on databases.
• Became the system manager for the technology area Databases, is part of the IT Operations system manager group.
