Fredrik managed the business in Stockholm and developed and expanded services in new
areas with both new and existing customers.
At Bäck Fredrik delivered services such as fiber optical networks FTTX roll-out, installed new
IT infrastructure in offices, mobile Indoor solutions and performed maintenance on existing
network for national telecom operators.
Fredrik was responsible for achieving and delivering the new Head Office of the operator
"TRE/Hi3G" communication network.
It was the biggest achievement ever within Bäck in this category.
Fredrik reported directly to the CEO and was part of the Management team for the company.
At Bäck Fredrik was involved in sourcing different suppleirs for excavation, bitumen and installation.
Contract were based on ABT06 and AB04.
Several contracts with clients and suppliers were discussed with focus on AB04 and ABT06.
Much of the discussions were with focus on addition to agreements, work outside commited
scoupe etc.
