Business Analyst correcting the setups, analysis of PL SQL code and finally acting as test manager at the end for the project.

hardware platform, Implementing new strategy for Version Upgrade
3.6 to 3.9 and reduce of upgrade cost and duration.
Participated in analysis and suggestion of 123 tasks, that would
improve the health of the technical platform and application. I was
later in the project both projects and test manager for the version
upgrade of SimCorp Dimension. Overall responsible for project plan,
estimations and resource allocation in corporation with SimCorp
upgrade team. Overall responsible for test cases and conducting
regression test on old vs. new platform. Incident handling against
SimCorp, JN Data and own developed applications.

Reconciliation of custody and holdings in SimCorp Dimension.
Project manager for Backoffice/NAV calculation team in go live with
95 funds in Nordea Finland. After go live - I acted as SCD
consultant correcting all profit/loss accounts and reconciliation of general ledger due to systematic errors in the conversion engine.

2001 2002 Nordea Investment Management - Implementing Simcorp
Dimension. Before Nordea bought SimCorp Dimension, they wanted
to test the overall performance of the system. A small team from Nordea, SimCorp and me sat up a installation of SimCorp Dimension and blew up the data to expected volumes. Afterwards specific
areas where tested for performance requirements and final report to
management with all results where documented in a test report.
