Vendor management with focus on consultants and ad on solutions was a part of the assignment. Deliveries was agile, preparing and set up of a new project model was also an important part of my responsibilities.
Delivered results: Successful negotiation/recommendation and solution. First phase on place before I had the handover to a new project leader. Project structure with the plan on place. Go alive was successful by plan.

As client executive, I created a new KAM organization and developed with my team new account strategies, which resulted in increased sales of a major account from 1 to 40 MSEK. This role also involved close collaboration with key stakeholders, including the national Axapta team that manages requests for clients within the automotive sector. Also, I have been working with Basware (P2P) as an adviser and change manager within the purchase process for the client.

As IT manager, I had 4 direct reporting team leaders and was responsible for a total of 50 employees and consultants, with a budget of xxx million SEK. As part of his assignment, I had a strong focus on improving team culture and implementing Lean within the team in order to improve internal and external customer satisfaction. This resulted in a 27 % better SLA in 10 months within financial and administration (purchase included within the process).
As a leader, Il was able to coach team members and provide support to meet Scania's cultural goals while being sympathetic to the needs of both management and team members.

In preparation for a major transition and transformation within the transport sector, I led a program involving 20 people to develop a Due Diligence plan.
