Co-founded Unibo, a gamification SaaS company, as Chief Operating Officer. Oversaw the entire product from scratch to a working and successful tool that can handle millions of transactions and has been used by more than 100 000 end users. As the COO of a smaller company, I covered several different roles. On top of being hands-on with the developers, I ran the customer success team and was in charge of the business analysis. As the company grew, I could focus more on sales, product/overall strategy and investor relations. Company evaluation when I started was €3 million and when I left closer to €15 million. Still an investor in the business.

One of the main stakeholders for the Betsson Groups strategy for the internal CRM tools. Assisted in a big restructuring of the central CRM team of 50 people. Reported directly to the Managing Director for Betsson, Nordicbet, and Betsafe.

Responsible for the overall performance of LeoVegas in Sweden for the casino vertical. Managed a yearly budget of 80 Million SEK which was distributed on different channels such as TV, Radio, Affiliates, and online news sites. Spearheaded and oversaw the Swedish team of 25 people to reach the set quarterly goals. Led the regulation changes project in Sweden.
