responsible with the intermediation of employment opportunities. My

main responsibilities were:

- Interviewing and building the entire data lake team

- Leading a team of data scientists and the deliveries for AI and Machine

Learning solutions

- Building AF strategy on organisational level for AI and machine learning implementation

- Leading AF's 2 out of 3 core analytical products: labour market forecasting and risk. Working methodology was agile scrum with 2 weeks

sprints.

- Acting as a bridge between different departments and our Analytics

department.

- Follow up on the applications deployed in production and acting as 3rd

Telia is one of the bigest telecom companies within the Nordics and Baltic

region. At Telia I was responsible with:

- Leading a team of 20 developers both locally and in Vilnius

Advectas AB

Advectas AB is a consulting firm now part of Capgemini specialised in BI and Big Data. At Advectas I had the chance to work with different projects

and in different industries: telecom, healthcare, fashion and beauty

industry, transportation. My general tasks included but not limited to:

Internally I was also responsible for the Big data area. I organised meetings and trainings and educated my colleagues in Gothenburg/Stockholm within Hadoop stack.

Itera is a Norwegian consulting company. During my employment with Itera I worked with one project for local Swedish search portal offering telephone directory, websearch and maps for Sweden. In addition to this it also offers a news aggregator, shopping services, video search, image search and job search. My main responsibilities were:

- Building an analytics dashboard for the customer with the help of IBM Big Insights and Watson Analytics

- Redesign and development of the data warehouse in relation to upgrade to Oracle e-Business Suite

Enfo Pointer is a consulting company part of the finnish group Enfo Oyj.

During my time with Enfo I worked for a Swedish IT online retailer. In

relation to a company wide system upgrade we built a brand new BI

system. My main responsibilities were related but not limited to:

- Migration of the historical data from the several different old systems

- Performing ETL tasks

- Managing the DWH

- Reporting

- Database modelling

HP is a global American technology and HW company. During my employment with HP I worked with different projects within a business unit called Quote-to-cash. My main responsibilities were:

- Developing BI solutions for reporting

- Database modeling

- Develop customised solutions to link data, show in specific layouts, store, locate, and retrieve documents, data, and information.

- Analyse technologies, technical processes and/or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications and implement

- Design and develop complex, high quality, scalable and extendable reporting solutions.

- Collaborates with the IT-coordinator or with the BI Architect in the GBI

Organization regularly, as well as with the project manager to ensure the goals agreed are being reached and the appropriate infrastructure is used

- Acted as a lead developer in a project for building a global data warehouse within a business area called Quote-to-Cash. I was together with my project manager gathering the business requirements, meeting the business people, delegate the tasks for my team colleagues as well as actively participating myself in the development process. Scrum methodology was used.

Ipsos is a global French company and one of the leading marketing
research companies globally. I was responsible for the North American business unit and my main tasks were:
- Managing and maintaining the DB's.
Knowing the variables, codes and logical relationship between variables
Knowing and working with the stored SQL procedures and scripts
- Analysis and implementation of new business projects (testing, implementation and documentation).
- Flow optimisation of processes running within MSSQL Database System
- Support for departments in the company and for departments within IPSOS Group(US/CA)
- Keeping accurate the data within the MSSQL Databases.

- Solving any other issues involving the panels DB's maintenance and management
- Project Management - acted as a project manager in a project meant to build a web functionality that would allow respondents to update their personal information. Three teams were involved: Database management, PHP team and communication team. I acted as a bridge between the people involved as well as actively participating in the development process on the database side.
