Arne has worked with Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Analysis since 1992. He's mostly worked with Microsoft products (SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, SSAS, Power BI and other), but he also has got many years of experience of working with SAS software. He's had roles as developer, analyst, architect, investigator, CRM Designer, information modeller, team leader, web analyst, and project manager. He has many years of experience of customer segmentation, price modelling KPI:s, CRM and market research.
Arne's experience spans from investigating and mapping information requirements, finding the relevant data within the production systems and building Data Warehouses to strategic analysis for upper management. He has vast knowledge of how to enhance analysis, models and reports with external data sources and market research.
He has long experience of translating business needs to terms that are interpretable for IT personnel, but also how to explain the technical possibilities to the business personnel.
