Achievements: • Introduced a new agile requirements process for the development organization (about 600 people) • Trained 100 people in the new process and tools • Introduced "Product Owner" and a prioritized backlog of requirements • Led the requirements work in the projects, made sure that the projects had control over the requirements for the first time in the history of the organization
