Assignment Details

Role and Responsibilities:

This role will see the successful candidate join an established team and you will report directly to the helpdesk manager.

What’s involved:

  • Providing technical support to roughly 700 users
  • Configuration & installation of servers, desktops, printers
  • Software maintenance & support
  • ICT planning & development
  • Reporting against service levels
  • Mentoring junior staff members

What you need:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a team leader on a busy helpdesk
  • Strong troubleshooting experience
  • Active Directory Management
  • Experience in providing monthly/ Annual reports
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Stamp 4/ EU Passport only
