Assignment Details
Are you an experienced Project Manager with good scooping, analysis, synthesising and planning skills? Do you have knowledge of Paperless Documentation technologies and initiatives?
If yes, I would love to speak with you.
Our client has set an ambitions aim to become paperless over the next 4 years. To help them do this they require a study of current initiatives, and a 4-year road map to guide them.
Key Tasks:
Scoping study capturing the as-is of all spot initiatives launched last year: archiving, dematerialization, print optimization, cloud office solutions, document management
Build a plan to develop and integrate initiatives globally
Present plan to group decision makers
Set up initial deployment
Strong Project Management: Scoping, Analysis, Planning, implementation
Coordination of various stakeholders, influencers and subject matter experts across different technical / functional areas
Impact and influence, ability to communicate and formalise key messages at exec level
Experience with integrated paperless initiatives in international context - printing, archiving, document/record management, digital workplace
Fluent in French and English
