Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management to oversee the Knowledge Transfer program of activity and the associated program artifacts
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and the HRIMS Implementation Partner (IP)
  • Contribute collaboratively with the IP with understanding of ERP implementation skills uplift within a government context
  • Provide secretariat duties for the regular cycle of Knowledge Transfer meetings.
  • Have an understanding of the HR organisational change that is brought about with large ICT implementations
  • Work within a program context, adhering to timelines to support the broader Program team outcomes

About you:

  • Experience in managing delivery of knowledge transfer
  • Ability to effectively support the development, delivery, and implementation of a knowledge transfer program
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and probe for further information
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
