Assignment Details

Reporting directly to the ICT Manager, you will typically get involved in the following:

 

  • Track and update service requests within ICT’s ticketing and email system.
  • Prioritise tasks, making timely and accurate decisions and escalating unresolved issues
  • Installation and upgrade of hardware and software components
  • Create and update deployments for desktop and laptop platforms
  • Assist with the coordination of technical support with external service suppliers and contracted vendors.
  • Collaborate and support the maintenance of the ICT file systems
