Assignment Details

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR document control
  • Assist with benefit information (Plug and play employee information into HRIS system)
  • Assist with employee on-boarding and new hire orientations
  • Manage HR billing
  • Review Payroll for accuracy
  • Assist in recruitment (Resume review, phone screening)
  • Tracking and responding to HRIS ticketing system
  • Assist with cross-functional HR auditing
  • Serves as department liaison with Legal, Billing and IT for HR department issues
  • Assist with employee requests
  • Respond to employee record changes
  • File and update employee records

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as HR Assistant/HR Coordinator
  • Microsoft proficient
