Major responsibilities

  •  Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
  • Offer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Give support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
  •  Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions
  • Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
  • Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
  • Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

Requirements

  • Quality experience with Microsoft SCCM
  • Foundational knowledge in Migration Activities
  • Proven knowledge of Law Firm
  • Proficiency in Migration
  • Practical knowledge of Law Practice
  • MS Windows 10 experience desired
  • Wide ranging experience with Microsoft SCCM - System Cntr Config Mgr
  • Good understanding of Associated Hardware
  • Earlier work involving Microsoft SCCM
  • General familiarity with Law Firm Specializing
  • Previous experience working with Desktop Hardware
  • Skills in hardware & software installation
  • Experience with Windows 7 Migration
  •  Active Directory experience
  • Well-founded grasp of Law Firm Setting
  • Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
  •  Desktop support or related experience
