Consultant Task – Solution Architect (Specialist), Ebeltoft /Remote

For a customer in Ebeltoft we are looking for a Solution Architect who can help with implementation and managing automation processes, and similar technologies, to optimize workflows across the company, both internally, but also between their customers, vendors, warehouses and other branches.

In the beginning, the primary task is to scope and implement a scalable and robust EDI setup – together with a partner you help the customer to choose. To mainly drive automation between their larger industry clients and the company.

As their Solution Architect, you will also be responsible for their current Lasernet setup which is a key part of their daily operation globally.

In this position you will work closely with many different departments in the company, especially their Digital and Business Application departments. This includes understanding the needs and help them transforming them into simple technological solutions.
 

Your key tasks will be:

• Scoping, implementing, and help maintaining the next generation of EDI/API setup at the company
• Responsible for continuously developing and maintaining our Lasernet setup
• Helping the company implement technologies and tools, that improve workflows between internal/external partners, customers, and vendors
• Look for opportunities where technology can be used to simplify or optimize workflows throughout the organization

Your qualifications
We imagine that you have a higher education such as IT-Architect, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or other relevant education.
Further, we picture you have two years of experience with managing complex projects, and knowledge about EDI & Automation.
The right candidate has the following competences:

• Knowledge about different EDI/API concepts, practices, and tools, or the will to learn it
• Knowledge about Lasernet, or the will to attain basic knowledge about it
• Strong analytical thinking and technical problem-solving skills
• An understanding of how to transform business needs into simple technical solutions
• It’s an advantage if you have: Experience with Dynamics 365 and knowledge about supply chain management.
