Assignment Details
The ideal candidate will have several year's Business Analyst experience in a mix of projects, ideally in Finance, Insurance, and Transformation programs. You will have strong fundamental business analysis skills, excellent communication skills, and experience dealing with all levels of business stakeholders.
As part of this role, you will be expected to fulfil the following duties:
- Be a true Senior BA, capable of engaging directly with senior stakeholders
- Capable of mobilizing and leading workshops; working groups with senior leaders in Sales and Technology
- Self-sufficient, proactive approach to defining, performing and documenting discrete analysis tasks
- Primarily business and change focused analysis role, with some potential for IT/technical review required
- Advanced experience in defining and documenting complex business requirements
- Work within an Agile environment
To be successful for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Minimum of three years' senior business analysis, on significant projects
- Ideally minimum 5 years Finance or Insurance experience
- Agile experience
- Outstanding Stakeholder management
- Superior communication/learning ability
