Peter Falkenberg offer a wide range of specialist services within the wind power- and automation
industries. His primary focus is on wind turbines and production machines. As an avid inventor (10 patents
so far), he specialise in early stages development processes - concept-, design- and product development.
After several years as a project manager and engineer for Siemens Wind Power, he is accustomed to
handling large scale complex development projects that include technical responsibility as well as
responsibility for project descriptions, analyses, ongoing follow-up, coordination, security and reporting.
Extensive project management experience has taught Peter how to best facilitate creative and innovative
processes that inspire dedication and create results through cross-organisational collaborations in ways
that increase the customers/ the organisations ability to compete in the market. Peter is well aware that
effective collaboration, attention to timeline, costs, quality and bottom-line profits are natural
prerequisites for success. Peter is meticulous, while at the same time able to take a step back and in order
to gain a broader perspective.
