One of my last projects started as a POC on a web shop with the intent of introducing agile software
development to the customer. After a few months it spanned to 6 projects and lead to an effort to
adopt SAFE and keeps growing internally.
• Ability to undertake complex and detailed operations. For example, from requirements to final delivery I lead a

team of 6/8 people that spanned several projects.
• Goal-oriented individual with "can do" attitude and a problem solver by profession. I found that our company
marketing wanted a small application to be used on IPad and were about to order it to external. I proposed a
timeframe to come up with a POC which I was given. This led to 100k+Euros savings.
• Organised, highly motivated, detail-directed. I try to make myself available.
• Proven ability to work in unison with staff, volunteers, and board of directors. I have made presentations to
strategic management, for example where I present the ROI of following a technical path that although new for
the company, has the potential to reward later, such as when introducing automated testing process to our
projects, or automating business processes as a service.
• Long experience on facing customers from more than 6 years in sales.
