More than 15 years of experience in UX Design working for multiple companies in different industries within a huge variety of projects.
Been part of a couple of well funded tech startups over the recent years and became a part of large product and tech teams. Here ideas were pushed all the way to implementation and beyond.🚀
Passionate about helping teams and organizations create products and great experiences that fulfill a clear business goal as well as value for the user. Used to collaborating with stakeholders at every level of seniority, ranging from gathering their requirements to challenging their thinking, articulating a concept and justifying any design decision.
Believes that creativity and disruption can't bloom in a vacuum, but only through collaborative methods that involve people and creating shared understanding through questioning – rather than persuasion.
Embraces the mantra "Learn to unlearn", in order to stay curious and avoid the dinosaur-trap in this rapidly changing world. Has a structured way of working, but can can thrive in most chaotic environments where dopey ideas are allowed, as long as there is a method to back it up.

2018-01 - 2022-10
A medical platform for health care providers with the purpose of making great health care accessible for everyone. The primary service was centered around Birth Control Pills on subscription, Travel, Flu and COVID-19 Vaccination. All combining the digital as well as the physical experience.
Responsibility
- Building and managing an excellent team of UX’ers, Visual designers and Researchers.
- Implement internal processes and methods to make everybody in the company think user experience into every conversation as well as decision.
- Designing the user journey and managing the user experience across all channels and touch points (digital as well as physical).
- Fine tuning the eCommerce conversion funnel.
- Defining smooth and secure workflows for all the professional users involved in the product.
Result
- Successful product roll-out to DK, UK and DE.
- Pivoted the Travel-vaccination business unit to Covid-vaccination in less than just one month.
- Scaled a core-team of +40 employees to more than 500 doctors and 1000 vaccinators.
- Achieved a result of approx. 180 mio. DKK in less than 6 months – shortly after Practio got sold.

A digital platform making the Tattoo Industry more transparent and accessible throughout rethinking of the entire experience from consideration to inspiration and actually getting tattooed.
Responsibility
- Getting under the skin of people being part of the tattoo culture and the industry in general.

- Implementing an agile design process going from a startup of only 3 employees to more than 45 in less than a year.
Result
- Became the the world’s biggest platform of tattoos.
- Developed TV shows for Facebook and onboarded thousands of tattoo lovers, artists and tattoo shops around the world.
- Achieved a total funding of more than 100M DKK.
- Reached more than 15M Facebook followers and up to 4M followers on Instagram.

Developed and drove the project through a huge setup of stakeholders.
