I helped leaders with sustainable development, leadership, change and project implementation, I am offering coaching, training, consultancy and development programs to businesses. Partnering with The Cynefin Company on projects for IKEA, Dupont and more, I ran several SenseMaker projects, and taught Cynefin and Complexity foundation.
As part of building Emerging.earth I worked with holacracy, transformation, emerging practices -building sustainable businesses. Contributing to start a cool new innovative consultancy - network based and experimenting with organisational structures and distributed leadership.

Building organisational agility and change capabilities. Supporting global transformation initiatives with change management and communication. Build, designed, recruited and trained +300 leaders virtually in a blended learning change management course. Supported and coached leaders in communicating and managing a great organisational change. As part of the program team of a great organisational transformation program (Calcium) we experimented with agile practices and ways of working - showcasing to inspire the broader organisation.

I acquired rights to distribute and sell AXIO computer and motorcycle bags in Scandinavia, with import, export, and direct sales to customers and dealers. I also started a web-shop. Product development and successful marketing of a legal advice membership for start-ups and small businesses. In 11 months, we managed to get 1200 paying members and a profitable business. Using viral videos combined with Radio, local TV, online, PR and well-organized sales - we managed a high penetration in the target group and a very successful product launch with a limited budget.

I started Munch+Munch in 1996, developed and lead the agency until 2007. I was a trusted advisor and consultant for customers across Scandinavia, developing their businesses and building their branding and marketing strategies. Leading 5 employees, training trainees, and working with a professional board of directors gave me my first leadership experience.
