- Leaderboard game stats: I developed a real-time leaderboard of the best players of each game by events, using WebSockets and Redis, with this new feature players were able to see their stats in real-time compared to other players.
- Admin development CMS: To classify businesses that requested access to the platform, with this feature the administration could deny or activate business accounts.

- CRM Development(Odoo, Python, Vue, GraphQL, PostgreSQL) I developed a CRM for a back-office company of Attorneys and Medical Facilities(MF). Within their CRM, agents can: assign clients to Attorneys and MF using Google Maps, request rides for clients using Uber API, send email and sms, etc.. Before this CRM there were three departments(sales, dispatch, and customer service), which organized the follow up, after the CRM these departments merged into just Customer Service.
- Real-time KPI Dashboards I created a module called Workload Dashboard, an application in real-time, based on roles, that gathers KPIs, Document management, reports, client portfolio, shifts, notifications, and attendance. Each user can take action based on the amount of work available each day. With this module, supervisors distribute bonuses for agent performance in a fairer way.
- Fingerprint Integration Time Attendance API integrated with company ERP. (Kotlin) With this functionality, HR could know in real-time when employees arrived, and they could make reports based on that information.

- Recurrent generation of invoices and purchase orders.
They provide business food service with thousands of orders every day, because of the workload, orders were not dispatched on time and each order took more than 1min to print. After my solution each order is taking less than 1 second to print.
