I am an ambitious high-performer with a "go do" mentality and
a strong drive to deliver. I am very structured and outgoing with
a positive approach to people and problems; I thrive with
continuous challenges, creating visible results and having a
personal impact on the people I am surrounded by.
Since March 2019, I am working as independent consultant and
I enjoy applying my international background and project
experience to help create lasting impact for my clients.
Privately, I enjoy traveling, sports, cooking and reading.

As an interim project leader, I managed a large program aimed at increasing the client's production capacity and thus
supporting the strategic growth of the organization. This
included financial and progress reporting including preparing a
new model for business unit reporting to be implemented by the mother company across all daughter companies, preparing
and running steering committee meetings, managing an
external consultant supporting one of the projects and solely
managing a procurement process of 4m EUR.
2019-09 - 2020-01
For a Dutch client, I was tasked with setting up a complete
project management organization for an international project
team for a 220m EUR project. Among others, this included
designing the team structure and collaboration, defining and implementing governance and reporting structures, preparing
project and communications plans, continuing stakeholder
management and creating integrated collaboration platforms on SharePoint 365 to ensure efficient and streamlined work
across the project team.
2016-05 - 2018-12
Working with senior management of large international
organizations on planning and executing a variety of projects within the operational, financial and commercial agenda.
Key projects include:
• As the project leader, I helped design an entirely new business model for an automotive client in Sweden. This
included creating customer journeys and defining all
supporting processes to deliver the agreed customer
experience. Designed a target operating model for a 400+
FTE organization including identifying cutting-edge
automation possibilities. Defined service delivery and researched the best matching European location for a near-
shore delivery center.
• Project manager for a business process outsourcing (80+ FTEs). Helped the client analyze and define the needs and possibilities for offshoring financial, HR and procurement
processes. Prepared contract materials and managed the procurement process. Managed detailed design workshops with two Indian vendors and supported the legal advisors
with contract finalization.
2015-03 - 2016-04
Working directly under executive leadership on rebuilding the Danish KPMG practice. My role included a variety of strategic
projects, among which were
• Structuring a growth strategy for the firm through rigorous market analysis and building of calculation
models to determine priorities and direction
• Growing strategic accounts through account plans development, supporting reporting tools, facilitating
account team and cross-functional workshops.
• Developing the existing CRM system and evaluating a replacement strategy for the existing setup.
